Your work is 100% your own, and we respect your ownership and creative vision. As your exclusive distributor, we’ll work to make sure your work reaches the widest possible audience, helping you to achieve your goals as an author. We may occasionally edit or translate parts of your work for marketing and branding purposes, but we’ll always work closely with you to ensure that your voice and message are preserved. Together, we can create something truly special and share it with the world.

The answer is yes and no. It’s a no because We have an exclusive distribution agreement. This means that we are the only ones authorized to sell and distribute your work.  It’s a yes because you can Indirectly sell your work by helping us market through our links and by using our selling platforms or portals. Nevertheless, you’ll receive a percentage of all sales from one of the industry’s highest royalty rates. We want you to succeed as an artist, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Thank you for choosing Galphil Publishing!

It is important to note that Galphil Publishing’s exclusive rights to your intellectual property do not have an expiration date. However, the contract can be terminated in three ways:

  • If either party violates the terms of the contract or Galphil’s policies, including plagiarism, copyright infringement, and inappropriate content, the aggrieved party may be entitled to compensation for their losses, and the contract may be terminated. A termination fee will be calculated based on three months of projected income.
  • If either the author or the publisher decides to end the contract, the party that initiated the termination will be responsible for paying a termination fee equal to six months of total projected income.
  • In the event of force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of either party, the contract may be terminated by mutual agreement without any liability or compensation.

Please note that these terms are in accordance with Philippine law and are designed to protect the interests of both parties. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We are committed to working with you in a fair and transparent manner.

We will send payments to you via PayPal or Binance Pay after we have signed a legally binding contract. In some cases, we may use other payment platforms to ensure that you receive your hard-earned money quickly and efficiently. Rest assured that we take payment security seriously and will do everything we can to ensure that your payments are processed securely and promptly.

Every time you will publish a project or work, you will need to sign a contract with us.

When you submit a project to us, you are essentially agreeing to a non-legally binding contract between yourself and Galphil Publishing. Once we have appraised your work and agreed to publish it, we will use PandaDoc to sign a legally binding contract that is compliant with both the UETA and the federal ESIGN Act. This ensures that all parties are protected and that the terms of the contract are legally binding. We take great care to ensure that our contracts are fair, transparent, and designed to protect both parties. Thank you for entrusting your work to Galphil Publishing.
